1. Introduction and acceptance of terms

3. User obligations and responsibilities

4. Payment terms and conditions
Unless otherwise stated, fees for services must be paid in full according to the payment instructions provided at the time of booking or invoicing. Prices may be listed inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes depending on the service and legal requirements.
- Bookings are only confirmed when payment has been received, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
- For recurring or long-term studio rental arrangements, separate written terms may apply in addition to these Terms.
- Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or payment processor fees are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
- If payment is overdue, we may suspend access to services, cancel bookings, or charge statutory interest and collection costs where permitted by law.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect services already paid for and confirmed, unless required by law or expressly agreed.
5. Cancellation and refund policy

- No-shows, late arrivals, or early departures generally do not entitle you to a refund.

- If Nordlys Atelier cancels a service, we will normally offer rescheduling or a refund for the unused portion, unless cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control.

All intellectual property rights in our course materials, workshop content, teaching methods, designs, text, images, logos, and other content created or provided by Nordlys Atelier remain the property of Nordlys Atelier or its licensors, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You may use materials provided to you solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the relevant service.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, adapt, translate, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit our materials without prior written consent.
- Any artwork created by you during a course or workshop remains your property, subject to any rights in pre-existing materials, templates, or content supplied by Nordlys Atelier.
- Where participants create content in group settings, you grant Nordlys Atelier a non-exclusive right to use photographs or recordings of your participation for documentation, marketing, or educational purposes only where permitted by law and, where required, with your consent.
